Our office is in House No. 61 in Brundavan Colony, right off Nizampet Road in the KPHB Colony area. It’s a residential-feeling spot but we do a lot of business here. Being in the import and export trade means we spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with shipping agents. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on containers and worrying about customs. Some days are slow and you’re just waiting for an email, and other days everything happens at once and the office feels too small. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. Nizampet Road can be a nightmare with the traffic, but we’re used to it. We aren't some massive international firm with offices in every city. We’re a smaller group of people who know how to move goods across borders. We don't have a slick presentation or anything like that. We just tell people what we can do and what the costs will be. It’s about as simple as it gets. We’ve learned that being honest about delays and problems is better than trying to hide them behind fancy words. Most of our clients appreciate that. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the paperwork. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we know how to do. I suppose there are easier ways to make a living, but we enjoy the challenge of getting things from one place to another without too much hassle. It keeps us on our toes every single day, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We've built this up ourselves and it's something we've put a lot of time into, even if it's just a small office in a quiet colony. It's not flashy, but it works for us.
