VINT HOMES LLP

Our office is in the Malaysian Township, specifically at Flat 503 in Block 22. This is over in the Balanagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a pretty busy township, so there is always something going on outside. We handle home stuff and property deals under the name VINT HOMES LLP. It’s mostly just a few desks and a lot of folders. Working out of a flat makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings downtown. We deal with people looking for places to live or wanting to sell what they have. Most of the work involves checking documents and making sure things are legal and correct. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Balanagar is a good spot because it’s easy for people to reach us from different parts of Telangana. Sometimes the elevator in Block 22 is slow, so you might have to wait a minute. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the neighbors. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay busy and helpful. If you’re around the township, you probably know where the blocks are numbered. We are up on the fifth floor, just keeping things simple and working through the daily tasks.
