We spend our days at Plot No. 123 in Flat No. G-1, which is part of Balaji Residency. It is a ground floor spot in Balaji Nagar, right in the middle of the bustle of Nizampet Village. Being in Quthbullapur means dealing with the local traffic and the noise of the neighborhood, but it feels like home now. Vijaya Bhanu Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy place with expensive furniture. It is just where the work happens. There are blueprints spread across the tables and a few old chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit and wait for it to come back. The walls are a simple pale color and there is always someone coming in to ask about a specific project or part. We keep our tools organized as much as we can. It gets a bit dusty because of the road right outside, but we try to keep the flat clean enough. Most of the staff gets their tea from the small stall around the corner. It is a practical spot for an engineering outfit like ours. We do not have a big reception area or any shiny decorations. Just desks, computers, and the sounds of life in R. R. Dist. People know us in this area. We focus on the drawings and the mechanical parts we need to order. It takes a lot of coordination and phone calls every day.
