Sri Bhavani Engineering Works

If you walk down toward the IDPL Colony, you’ll find Sri Bhavani Engineering Works right across from it in Chennareddynagar. Our address is 38/210/4, but most people just look for the shop with the most metal sitting out front. We do a lot of general engineering work here, which mostly means we get our hands dirty with grease and oil every single day. The shop has been around for a good bit now, and we’ve seen the area change around us. It's a hardworking part of town. We handle a lot of different repairs and custom jobs that people bring in. Sometimes it’s a broken part from a factory, other times it’s something for a local's vehicle or home. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, you’ll find us in the back working on a lathe or welding something together. It’s a bit messy, with tools scattered around, but we know exactly where everything is when we need it. Lunch breaks are usually quick, just some food brought from home sitting on a workbench. We keep the machines running as much as we can because there is always something that needs to be finished. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We like being part of the Chennareddynagar community and helping out whoever stops by with a problem.
