Sv Mobile Point

Our shop, SV Mobile Point, is located at House Number 8-2-612 on Road Number 14 in the Venkateshwara Colony of Banjara Hills. It is not a typical storefront you might see in a big market. Instead, we run things out of a section of a residential house. We focus on fixing mobile phones and solving small technical issues that people have with their devices. The space is quite small and filled with various tools, soldering irons, and bins full of spare parts. We have a small glass counter where we talk to people who bring in their broken screens or dead batteries. We started this because we have always liked taking things apart to see how they work. Banjara Hills is a busy part of the city, but our street in the colony is relatively quiet. We do not have a team of technicians; it is usually just us working at the bench under some bright lamps. Sometimes we have to tell customers to come back in a few days because we are waiting for a specific part to arrive from a supplier. We do not use any fancy software to track our repairs, just a simple notebook where we write down names and phone numbers. It is a humble setup and we do not try to make it look like something it is not. We are just here to help the neighbors get their phones working again without charging them too much.
