You can find us on the 5th floor of Osman Plaza, which is right above Centro. We’re near the Nagarjuna Circle Road in Banjara Hills. It’s a good spot in Hyderabad but the traffic around here is really something else. We sell a lot of different electronics at Tirumala Music Centre. People call us TMC for short. Even though music is in the name, we have everything from televisions to kitchen gadgets these days. The floor gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time with the duster. It’s a big space but we’ve managed to fill it up with boxes and display models. Sometimes the lighting on the 5th floor feels a bit dim, but once you get inside the store, everything is bright. We’ve got a few guys who walk around to help people find what they need. It’s not always perfectly organized. Sometimes a price tag falls off or someone puts a blender in the wrong aisle. We try to fix it when we see it. Working in retail in Banjara Hills means you meet all kinds of people. Some just want to look at the new gadgets and others know exactly what they want to buy. We don't have a fancy corporate script. We just talk to people like neighbors. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the buzz of the city right outside our windows.
