Our office for Vedhika Events And Exhibitions is tucked away in Seshadri Enclave on Nizampet Road. If you know Kphb, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We are at Plot No 22, unit 201. It is a decent space, though it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of equipment coming back from an event. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the big table planning out layouts and schedules. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone coming in with a delivery or a staff member checking on supplies. The office itself is pretty simple, with some posters of old projects on the walls and plenty of files stacked up in the corner. We don't go in for fancy decor because we are usually out at the event sites anyway. Being in Seshadri Enclave is handy because there are plenty of small shops nearby where we can grab a quick bite during the long workdays. The neighbors are used to us moving boxes in and out at odd hours. We have been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned, so we just stay flexible. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’ve built a decent reputation just by showing up and doing what we said we would do.
