It’s a busy, crowded area with a lot of history and commerce. Our name is quite long, so we usually just say Vasundhara when we are talking to people. We work on things related to townships and resorts, which is a big job for a small office. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We have been in Mahboob Ganj for some time now. It’s the kind of place where you hear the sounds of the market and the traffic all day long. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy mission statements for us. We just come in, sit at our desks, and handle the paperwork for the resorts. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The local area has a lot of character, and we feel like we fit right in. Being in Telangana gives us a lot of opportunities, and Hyderabad is a great place to be based, even if the streets are narrow here. We don't use corporate speak because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just a local company with a big name and a small, dedicated staff in a busy ganj. Sometimes we have to shout over the trucks outside to be heard on the phone.
