Hotel Sai Residence

You can find us in Nallakunta at the Ratna Kamal Apartment, number 2-1-565/2/A/3. It is a bit of a residential feel here because we are part of an apartment complex. We have rooms for people who need a place to stay in Hyderabad for a few days or weeks. It is a simple setup. We do not have a giant lobby or a swimming pool, just clean beds and a roof over your head. I spend most of my day checking people in and out or talking to the cleaners about the laundry. Nallakunta is a good area with lots of shops and places to eat nearby, so our guests usually find what they need pretty easily. The building is older, but it is sturdy. We have some regular guests who come back every time they are in the city for work. It feels more like a house than a big corporate hotel. The apartment complex has its own rules, so we have to make sure our guests do not make too much noise in the hallways late at night. It is a balance between being a hotel and being a good neighbor. Sometimes the elevator acts up, or we have to wait for the water tanker, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We try to make sure everyone is comfortable without making a big fuss about it. It is just a small business run by people who live nearby.
