Hotel Ista

Our place is located right on the road from Kothapet to Nagole. If you know the area, we are besides the Jd Towers Apartments. There is a Balaji Dharshini Tiffincenter across the lane from us, so there’s always a bit of a crowd around for breakfast and lunch. Being at H.N0-1-2-169/2 means we see a lot of the local traffic. It’s a busy stretch of road. We run things here at Hotel Ista in a very simple way. It’s a hotel, so there is always someone coming or going. We don't have those fancy uniforms you see in the big chain places. It’s more of a local feel. We spend our time making sure the rooms are okay and the guests are settled. It's a lot of manual work, honestly. Cleaning, checking the plumbing, and making sure the lights work. Hyderabad weather can be tough on buildings, so we are always fixing something or painting a wall. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people just see the building while they are driving towards Nagole. It’s a practical spot for travelers who don't want to be in the middle of the noisy city center. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The staff is mostly local guys. We know the shortcut roads and where to get the best chai nearby. That’s just who we are. We don't bother with expensive carpets or gold fixtures. Everything here is just for use.
