We’re located at 205 Banjara Elegant, which is near the Patel Residency in Masab Tank. It’s a pretty well-known area in Hyderabad. Our office for Starwood Group Of Hotels is on the second floor of the building. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Masab Tank is always congested with traffic, especially near the flyover, so getting here can take some time. We are used to the noise of the city coming through the windows. The work we do is all about managing hotel details and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't sitting in a five-star lobby ourselves; we’re just in a regular office building with a slightly creaky elevator. The staff here is a mix of young folks and some who have been around for years. We talk about cricket and the weather while we work. There’s no corporate polish here. If a chair breaks, we fix it with some tape or find a spare one. We don't have a big PR department telling us what to say. We just answer the phones and reply to the emails as they come in. It’s a busy environment but we keep it friendly. We’ve been at this Masab Tank address for a good while and don't plan on moving. It’s home for the business. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as the city allows.
