Our spot is at Plot No. 163/2 in Patrika Nagar, which is right in the Madhapur area. If you know Madhapur, you know it’s always moving and can get pretty crowded. We chose Patrika Nagar because it’s central to everything we do at Vasudaika Realty LLP. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full, and a small space for people to sit when they come to visit. We spend a lot of time dealing with the details of property in this busy part of the city. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is in order. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish, and other days we’re out in the sun looking at different sites. The traffic in Madhapur is something we deal with daily, so we’ve gotten pretty good at knowing the shortcuts. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team that knows the local market well. We talk to people plainly and don’t try to dress things up. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like being right here in the middle of all the action in Madhapur. We take things as they come and try to be useful.
