Our office is at Doshi Square, right in the heart of Basheerbagh. If you are looking for us, we are on the second floor, specifically in room 205. The address is Dr.No.3-5-821. The easiest way to find the building is to look for the Suzuki showroom; we are right above it. It’s a busy location with a lot of traffic and noise from the street below, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit calmer. Vasu Realtors (P) Ltd. has been operating from here for some time now. We deal with real estate, but we don't act like those big corporate firms you see on TV. We’re just a group of people working in an office full of folders, maps, and coffee cups. The elevator in the building can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we end up taking the stairs like everyone else. It’s a good spot for us because Basheerbagh is central and easy for people to get to, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We spend our time going over property listings and talking to clients who need help navigating the local market. There’s no fancy lobby or free coffee here, just a place to sit down and talk about houses. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. Most of our day is just paperwork and phone calls, which is the reality of the realtor business in Hyderabad.
