Varsha Public School

Varsha Public School is at 248, Hyderabad Road, in the Lalwadi area. It’s a straightforward location right by the main thoroughfare, so finding us isn't hard at all. The building itself is number 248, and it’s been a part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. The classrooms are basic, with desks that have been used by many students over the seasons. We have a small office near the front where we keep all the files and take care of the daily paperwork. It’s usually a bit cramped in there, especially when parents come by to ask about their kids. The noise from Hyderabad Road is something you just learn to ignore after a few days. We start the day early, and the halls are filled with the sound of shuffling feet and chatter. During the breaks, the kids head out to the small open space we have, though it’s not exactly a big park. We focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the students have what they need for their exams. There’s nothing corporate about how we run things; it’s more like a big, slightly disorganized family. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the water cooler needs fixing, but we handle it as it comes. It’s just a regular school trying to do right by the people in Lalwadi. The days go by fast when you’re busy with lessons and grading papers.
