Sanghamitra School

We have been here on Nizampet Road in Kukatpally for a good while now. It is a busy part of Hyderabad, especially in the mornings when all the cars and bikes are rushing past the school gates at Door No 2-32. You can hear the city noise all day, but once you step inside the school, things feel a bit different. Most of the staff here have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. High-rise buildings have gone up nearby and the traffic has definitely gotten heavier than it used to be. In the hallways, you see the usual things like bags piled up and old posters on the walls that look like they have been there for ages. There is not much fancy about the place, just classrooms and desks and the sound of kids talking during the breaks. On rainy days, the road outside gets a bit messy, and we all have to deal with the puddles near the entrance. It is just how it is in this part of town. People know the school mostly because it has been a landmark here for so long. We see the same parents every day at the gate, and some of them were actually students here themselves back in the day. It is a plain, working school that fits right into the middle of the Kukatpally hustle. Nothing too polished, just a place where the doors open early every morning and stay that way.
