Value My Home is based out of Smr Vinay City in Miyapur. Specifically, we are in Block A, door number 1010. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes sense given what we do. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of branches. We are just a local team here in Miyapur helping people understand what their property is worth. The office is usually quiet, except for when the phones start ringing in the morning. We spend a lot of time looking at data and comparing different houses in the area. It can be a bit tedious, but someone has to do it. We don't use those complicated algorithms you hear about; we just look at what’s actually happening on the streets. If a house down the road sold for a certain amount, we take note of it. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we see our clients at the grocery store or the park. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on being honest with people about their homes. Sometimes the news isn't what they want to hear, but we don't sugarcoat things. We just give them the facts as we see them. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Miyapur community. We usually wrap things up by six and head home.
