You can find us at Number 21/38 in Surya Nagar, over in the Tolichowki area. We have been operating V L Industries from this location for quite a while now. The building is just a plain industrial space with a lot of metal and machinery inside. It gets quite loud during the workday when all the equipment is running at the same time. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door; usually, you just have to shout over the noise to get someone’s attention. Our work is mostly about manufacturing and dealing with industrial parts. It’s the kind of job where you go home with dirty clothes and tired hands every single day. Surya Nagar is a busy place, and the streets around Tolichowki can get pretty jammed with traffic, which makes it a bit of a struggle when we have big deliveries coming in. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. We just focus on the machines and making sure the output is what it needs to be. The team here is a mix of older guys who have been doing this forever and some younger ones learning the ropes. We have a small break room where we sit and have our lunch, mostly talking about how to fix whatever machine is acting up that day. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we just try to get through the daily tasks.
