Oriential Construction

Our office is located at Plot No. 564/26 in Jublee Hills. It’s a well-known area, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a good bit now. Oriential Construction isn't about those big, flashy corporate buildings. We have a modest place where we plan out our projects and meet with the guys. Construction is a messy business, even when your office is in a place like Jublee Hills. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to site supervisors on the phone. There’s always a bit of dust around because we keep some samples and tools here too. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. We’re usually in boots and ready to go out to a site. People come to us when they want something built properly. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, figure out what's needed, and get the crew started. It’s a lot of coordination. Getting materials delivered on time is usually the biggest headache. We've got a small team here that knows the ins and outs of the local building rules. We just go about our work and try to finish things on schedule. It’s practical, straightforward building work. That’s how we’ve always done it at this office. We focus on the bricks and the mortar and getting things finished right.
