You will find Cool Sales India over at 18-524, Rashtrapati Road in the Bansilalpet area. We have been based in this building for quite a while. It is a very active street, so there is always noise and people walking past the door. We mostly sell things like fans and cooling units, depending on what the season is. The shop is often full of boxes, so it can feel a bit crowded when you walk in. We try to keep it tidy, but whenever a new shipment arrives, things get messy for a few days. That is just how we operate. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights or displays. It is a practical space where we can show what we have and talk to the people who come in. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to ask for advice on which model would be better for their small rooms. We just tell them the truth based on what other people have said. It is a local business, so we know many of the faces around Bansilalpet. We do not use any big words or complicated sales talk. We just show the items on the shelf and let the customer decide what they want. Usually, it is just me and one other person working here during the day. We stay open until the evening because that is when people are heading home from work. We like being part of this neighborhood on Rashtrapati Road.
