Our office is on the third floor of the 12th Square Building. It’s on Road No-12 in Banjara Hills, which is a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. Being Bhrunda Infra means we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Even though it says Pvt Ltd, we aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people in suits. We are a smaller team that works out of this space. The building is nice, but the real work happens out at the sites where the actual construction is going on. We handle the planning and the logistics from here. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s quite busy around here with all the other offices and shops on the road. We don't spend money on big posters or flashy slogans. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the day is spent on the phone or sitting at a computer trying to get the permits and materials sorted out. Banjara Hills can be a headache with the parking and the narrow turns, but it’s a central place to be for meetings. We’ve been in this office for a while now and it feels like home to us. We just try to do honest work and keep the projects moving forward without too much fuss or complicated talk. It’s a lot of paperwork, but somebody has to make sure the buildings actually get built right.
