Urbanzen Properties is located on Level 4 of Krishnama House, which is on Road No 7 in Banjara Hills. It is a good spot in Hyderabad, and we have been here for some time. Our work is pretty straightforward. We deal with urban properties, mostly around the Khairatabad and Banjara Hills areas. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on. We are not a big, fancy firm with a lot of polished executives. We are just a small group of people who know the local real estate market. We spend our time looking at different sites, talking to owners, and trying to find the right fit for whoever walks into our office.
