We run Urban Avenew Properties Llp from our office in the MLA Colony over in Banjara Hills. The address is 8 2 293 82 L 76 C A on Road Number 12. It’s a good spot because it’s a bit quieter than the main roads in Banjara Hills, but still easy to get to. We aren’t some big, polished firm with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us working in a space that’s filled with files and old property maps. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of real estate, like checking titles and managing local property details. We don’t use any marketing language or try to sound bigger than we are. We just tell people the truth about what we’re seeing in the market. Road 12 has its own rhythm, and we’ve been here long enough to understand it. Most of our days involve a lot of phone calls and meeting people at their sites. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything. It’s just a regular office where we get the work done and head home at the end of the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or we run out of supplies, but we just make do. We like being in MLA Colony because the neighbors are decent and it feels like a real community.
