Our office is over at 1-2-213/3 in Domalguda. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for a long time. Even though we aren't near the ocean, we handle all the port-related services from right here. It’s a lot of logistics and coordinating with people at the coast. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and logs. There’s a lot of technical talk about shipping and schedules. We have a few old maps on the wall that have been there since the start. It’s a hardworking place. We don't have time for fancy office furniture or decor. Most of the desks are covered in ledgers and stamps. We deal with a lot of phone calls from different time zones. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we just handle it. The tea here is strong, which helps during the long afternoons. We are a small crew, and we’ve been together for years. We know the business inside out. Domalguda is a central spot, so it’s easy for our partners to find us when they need to drop off documents. We don't make a big deal about what we do. We just make sure the paperwork is right and the ships keep moving where they need to go. It’s just another day at the office for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the generator kicks in. It’s part of the charm of working in an older area. We don't have any fancy brochures, just our phone number and this old office.
