Personnel Search Services is located in Flat No 449, using Lift No 3 at Manasarovar Heights in Manovikas Nagar. It’s right behind the RTC Colony in Secunderabad. Working in a high-rise like this means we spend a lot of time waiting for elevators, but the view from the window is actually pretty good. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a living area that’s now full of desks and cabinets. We spend our days searching for people to fill various roles, so the phones are always busy. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just part of the job. Being in Secunderabad, we get a lot of local traffic, and finding the right building in Manasarovar Heights can be a challenge for newcomers because the complex is so big. We usually tell people to just look for Lift 3. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We have our little routines, like who gets the mail or who goes out for snacks in the afternoon. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a lobby, but it’s where we get things done. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with the demand and stay on top of the search work.
