Recruitment Officer

My name is G. Shashikala and I handle things here as the Recruitment Officer. Our office is located at 3-4-381/2 in Basant Colony. If you're looking for us, we are right across from the Krishna Apartments in Kachiguda. Hyderabad is a big city, but this little area in 500027 is where we stay put. It's not a huge firm with dozens of departments. It is mostly just me and a small group dealing with the daily hiring tasks. The building is simple and we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We see people coming and going all day, looking for jobs or asking about open spots. Kachiguda is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside the door. Opposite Krishna Apartments is a good landmark because everyone knows those buildings. We've been at this Basant Colony spot for a while now. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. People usually find out about us by word of mouth or by just stopping by the office. It’s a local operation through and through. We try to help out who we can with the recruitment side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is just the nature of the work here. We keep it straightforward and don't try to be something we aren't. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we manage to sort it out. We are just local people working in the Kachiguda neighborhood.
