U Need Estaate

So, we are U Need Estaate. We are based right here in Hyderabad, in the 500029 area. When you look at our address on paper, it says Andhra Pradesh Pradesh twice, which is a bit of a typo that just stuck around in the records. We didn’t bother fixing it because everyone knows where we are anyway. We are in the heart of the city, and India is a big place, but Hyderabad is where we feel most at home. We’ve been around for a bit, just handling things day by day. We don’t have a lot of fancy signs or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just use the name U Need Estaate because it’s simple and tells you what we are about without any extra fluff. The 500029 pin code is a busy one. There is always noise from the street and people moving about. We don't mind it much. It feels like the city is alive around us. We aren't some big corporate entity with branches everywhere. We are just here in this one spot, trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy.
