Tripura Resorts & Restaurants is based right on Road No. 36 in Jubilee Hills, specifically at Plot No. 703/A in the Maritas Omaxe building. If you live in Hyderabad, you know that Road 36 is pretty much the center of everything. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there is always something happening. We’re on the ground floor, so we see everyone walking by. Running a place like this in such a popular area is a challenge, to say the least. There’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help. We aren't a massive chain with thousands of locations. We’re just here in Jubilee Hills trying to provide a good spot for people to eat and stay. Our team is pretty small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on the kitchen. We don’t use any of those fancy corporate scripts when we talk to people.
