Our place is located at House Number 7-41 in Old Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. It is not some big glass building you might see in the high-tech parts of the city. Instead, we are tucked away in a regular residential street where people go about their lives. Working from this part of Hyderabad has its own charm. You hear the local sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We handle HR work here, which mostly involves sorting through paperwork and talking to people on the phone about their jobs. The office inside is functional but not fancy. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a corner for the water cooler. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a few people coming in at once, but we make it work. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we don't have those long commutes like people heading to Gachibowli. For lunch, we usually go out to the local spots or sit together in the small kitchen area. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, which is how we like it. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It is a practical setup that lets us focus on what we need to do without getting distracted by unnecessary stuff. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do, making sure everything is in order before we head home.
