Toucan Wake And Bake Llp is situated in Kompally. We’re at Plot No 1-145/3/A, which is right near the Ruby Block in the NCL Enclave South area. If you’re familiar with Tirumalagiri, you know it’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but it’s a good spot for us. We do a lot of baking here. Early mornings are usually the busiest because that's when the ovens are full and the smells are strongest. The name comes from wanting to start the day right. It’s a small team, and we all end up with flour on our clothes by noon. We aren't some big industrial bakery with robots. It’s more of a hands-on thing. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the middle of Hyderabad, which we really like. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning as we go. Some days the dough doesn’t rise like it should and we have to start over from scratch. That’s just how it is with baking. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, making sure the timers are set right. We don't spend much on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the bread and the cakes. If you find yourself in NCL Enclave South, you might catch the smell of something coming out of the oven. It's a practical place for us. We just want to get the work done and hope people like it. Usually, we're all out of here by the time the sun goes down.
