You can find us at Toprealtors Infra Private Limited over in the Prajay City Apartments in Miyapur. We are located in Block 2, Flat 408, which is right near the Ganesh Temple. It’s a nice landmark to have because everyone in the Alwyn area knows where it is. Our office is pretty modest. It’s basically just a space where we can sit down and focus on our infra projects and real estate work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tea. Since we are in a residential block, it’s quiet most of the day, except for when the temple has a festival or people are moving in and out. We aren't a big corporate team. We are just a handful of people who have been working in this part of Miyapur for a while. We spend a lot of time at the desk sorting out legal stuff or on the phone with contractors. It’s not always the most exciting job, but it’s important to get the details right. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get people in the door. Most of our clients are just folks from the neighborhood or people who saw our sign while visiting the temple. We like keeping things on a personal level. It’s practical work and it suits us just fine being here in Prajay City.
