Tmi First

We are tucked away in Shiva Enclave over in Old Bowenpally. It’s a quiet enough spot in Hasmathpet. Tmi First has been running from here for some time. We basically help people find work and help companies find people. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes. Some days the office is really loud with everyone talking at once, and other days it’s just the sound of typing. We aren't a big flashy corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's more of a regular setup where we get things done. Secunderabad is home for us, and we know the local area pretty well. People drop by sometimes to ask about openings, but mostly it's all done online now. We try to keep things simple. If a job comes up, we tell the folks who are looking. There isn't any secret formula to it. We just look at what a company needs and see who fits. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find the right match, but that’s just how the job market goes. The tea shop nearby is where we usually take our breaks when things get too busy. It’s a decent place to work. We don’t put on airs here. Just a group of people trying to make the hiring process a bit less of a headache for everyone involved. We’ve been at this address for a bit now.
