Out here in Toopran, things are a bit slower than in the city. Our school sits on Survey No 349 and 364. It’s a lot of ground to cover. We have many students who travel from different parts of Medak to get here every day. The mornings are always a rush with the bus arrivals and parents dropping kids off on bikes. We try to keep the grounds tidy, but with so many kids, there’s always a bit of chaos and some litter to pick up. It's a long day for most of us. We start early and the sun can be quite strong in this part of the state during the summer. The classrooms are filled with the sound of teachers talking and chalk clicking on boards. We have some trees around that provide a bit of shade during the lunch break times. It’s a big building, so we spend a lot of time walking between different sections. We don't really have a marketing team; we just focus on the classes. Parents often come by to talk about their children's grades or missing notebooks. It’s a very hands-on job for the staff. Sometimes we have sports days and the whole field gets covered in dust and noise. That’s just how it is. We like being in Medak. It feels a bit more open here than being cramped in Hyderabad. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just run a school every day.
