Thakral Realtors Llp has been based in BN Reddy Towers for quite some time. Our office is at 3 6 67/68/41 in the Basheer Bagh area. It’s an older building, and the hallways can be a bit narrow, but it’s a very central location for us. Being in Basheer Bagh means we are close to everything, though finding a parking spot can be a real nightmare sometimes. We aren’t a giant company with a glass building. It’s just a few of us in a room filled with cabinets and old property records. We show up every morning, get the tea started, and start going through our lists. The work isn’t always fast-paced. A lot of it is just waiting for paperwork to clear or following up with people. We know the Basheer Bagh neighborhood really well because we’ve been here through all its ups and downs. We don’t bother with big ads or flashy brochures. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to be as helpful as we can with their property questions. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re all talking at once, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clocks ticking. We like the way we do things here.
