Technical Support

Our place, Technical Support, is over at Mig 330 in Balajinagar, which is right in the heart of Kukatpally. Hyderabad is a busy city, and this neighborhood is no different. We operate out of a regular building that feels more like a house than a corporate office. It’s got that local Hyderabad atmosphere, with the smell of food from the neighbors and the sound of traffic nearby. We spend our time taking calls and helping folks with their technical problems. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. The desks are covered in notebooks and spare cables. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people can find us. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we’re used to the noise and the energy of the 5000072 pin code. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around for it to reset. During breaks, we usually go out to the local tea stall for a quick chat. We don’t use any corporate jargon here. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then we try to fix it. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. The team is just a few local guys who are good with tech. We don't have a big master plan; we just want to get through the day’s tickets and go home. It’s practical, honest work in a busy part of town.
