Desktop Engineer

We are located at 7-6-5/1 Gauthamnagar, right in Nagarjuna Colony. The address says Hyderabad, Uttar Pradesh, and we have been operating out of this spot for a good while. It is a small shop where we mostly handle desktop repairs and technical stuff. I started this because I always liked taking things apart. Now, the tables are usually covered in spare parts and screwdrivers. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a lobby. People just walk in with their towers or laptops under their arm. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty from all the fans we clean out. We spend a lot of time looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why they won't boot up. It’s quiet work, mostly just the sound of the soldering iron or the street noise outside. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a BIOS screen. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because their neighbor told them we fixed their computer last month. We try to be fair with the prices and honest about what can actually be fixed. Some days are long, especially when a Windows update breaks everything for everyone at once. We just drink our tea and get through the pile of machines. It’s a local business, nothing more than that. We just like fixing things and helping people get their work done without too much trouble.
