You can find us at Srt / 144 in Sanjeev Reddy Nagar, which most people just call SR Nagar here in Hyderabad. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. The name on the door says Tech Support, which is pretty straight to the point. We aren't trying to be fancy or sound bigger than we are. It’s a small operation. We handle the kind of technical problems that pop up for people in their daily lives. The area around here is always bustling, and there’s always something going on outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of equipment. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of people who know their way around a motherboard or a software glitch. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit cluttered, but that’s because there’s always work being done. We don't have a polished showroom or a waiting area with magazines. Usually, you just drop off your stuff and we call you when it’s sorted out. We’ve lived in Hyderabad for years, so we’re used to the pace here. Sometimes it’s slow, sometimes it’s a mad rush. We just take it as it comes. It's a simple business, really. We fix things, people pay us, and that’s about the extent of it. No big corporate meetings or anything like that.
