We've been around Musheerabad for a bit now, specifically over here at 1-7-138/1 in RisalaSRK Nagar. It's just a regular office where we handle estate matters. Most people in the neighborhood know the spot. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a few desks and some chairs for when folks drop by to talk about land or houses. It gets a bit busy on the street outside sometimes, but that’s just how this part of town is. We started Tameer Estates Private Limited because we knew the local area well and figured we could help out with the paperwork and finding places. It's not a huge operation. Just a few of us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, and we end up going out to the tea stall nearby. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone asks a question we don't know the answer to, we just say so and go look it up. There's no script here. We just deal with the properties around Musheerabad and the surrounding spots as they come up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on sites. It's a lot of walking around and talking to people. If you’re ever near RisalaSRK Nagar, you’ll probably see us coming or going. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
