We are Talent Management Input Services Pvt.Ltd. and you can find us over at Lig-B 295 in Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar. It’s right near ECIL here in Hyderabad. This area is quite familiar to anyone living in this part of Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana as it is now. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s a standard LIG house converted into a workspace. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It gets a bit crowded when we have candidates coming in for interviews, but we manage. There's a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and the desks are usually piled high with files. We’ve been operating from this AS Rao Nagar location for some time. It's a nice neighborhood with lots of trees and small shops around. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here quickly, but once you’re inside the colony, it’s peaceful enough. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that, just a few of us trying to help people find work. It’s practical work. We check names, verify details, and make sure the data is right. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do every day. We usually close up by evening. If you walk past, you’ll see our small nameplate near the gate. It stays there day and night for people to find us easily.
