Taj Hotel,Resorts & Palaces

We are based out of Flat 201 on the second floor of Shanti Sauda Appartment. It is right there in Erramanzil, Banjara Hills. Most people know Road No 1 well because of the traffic. This isn't one of the big fancy hotels you might see in the pictures, but rather where we handle the back-end stuff for Taj Hotel, Resorts & Palaces. We have a small office here where the paperwork gets done. It’s a bit crowded with desks and files, but we make it work. The staff here has been around for a long time. We mostly deal with administrative tasks that keep things running elsewhere. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a typical apartment converted into a workspace. It’s usually quiet except for the phones ringing. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we sit and go through the daily reports. Hyderabad is a busy city and being in Banjara Hills makes it easy for us to get around when we need to visit the other properties. We keep it simple here. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs since it's only the second floor. It is a practical space for us to manage the logistics and scheduling that the hotels need to stay organized every single day.
