Synergy Real Estate is located at 6-19-4 in the Kukatpally Housing Board Colony. If you live in Kukatpally, you know how busy this area can get. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a few years now. It’s a modest office, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We mostly deal with residential properties in the KPHB area and some of the nearby colonies. I decided to start this after working for a bigger firm and realizing I preferred just talking to people directly. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy emails. It’s just me and my small team. We spend a lot of time checking out apartments and making sure the water and electricity are actually working before we show them to anyone. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the different regulations, so we try to keep things as simple as we can for the people who come to us. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we get busy and take a bit longer to call back than we’d like, but we always do. Most of our day is spent out on the road meeting owners or at the sub-registrar office dealing with the usual delays. If you're looking for a place or want to sell, just drop by.
