Our office is over in Miyapur, right in Mayuri Nagar. It’s the Lig 130 address. Being in a residential spot like this makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being stuck in a city center. Sycone Cpmc Pvt Ltd has been using this space to keep our Hyderabad projects moving. It is a simple setup, nothing fancy at all. We have our computers, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps on the wall. The work we do involves a lot of counting and checking. We look at construction sites and figure out why things are taking longer than they should. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of us are more comfortable in old shoes because we’re often out in the dirt at project sites before coming back here to type it all up. Working out of the D/O K.Satyanarayana house gives it a very local feel. We know the neighbors and the local shops. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit noisy when people are out on the street, but we get the work done. We handle the scheduling and the costs for various builders. It’s mostly just keeping everyone honest and making sure the plans are followed. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It's just how we do things here.
