At Sujay Pharma Packs, we operate out of Hema Nagar, specifically at 8. 5. It is a bit different from the big industrial estates because Hema Nagar feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood, but we make it work for our packing business. Inside the unit, we have various machines that handle the pharmaceutical packaging. There is always a rhythmic clicking sound of the equipment running throughout the day. We have to be a bit careful with how we handle the materials since they are for medicines and things like that, so we try to keep the floors swept and the dust away. Our staff is mostly local people who live nearby and walk to work, which is nice because we don't have to worry about the big traffic jams every morning. The space isn't huge, but we have organized it so that we can fit all the rolls of film and cardboard boxes without tripping over each other. On rainy days, the street outside gets a bit muddy, but inside we keep it dry and busy. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the counts are right before things get loaded into the small vans. It is a steady kind of work, nothing too exciting, just making sure the containers are ready for the pharma companies to use. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger and the phone. Most people who come by are just delivery drivers or neighbors saying hello. We have been in this spot for a while now and the routine stays pretty much the same.
