Swagath Residency

Being located right on the main road in Kukatpally means there is never a quiet moment. We are right beside R S Brothers, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. Our place, Swagath Residency, is at 1-228 and it’s been part of this street for quite some time. The traffic outside is usually heavy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or heading home from work. Inside, it’s a bit more stable, though we’re always moving around fixing things or checking in people who need a place for the night. The building has a simple layout and we try to keep it functional for everyone who stays. Some days the lift acts up or the hallway lights need changing, but that’s just part of managing a property like this. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk to the people coming in. It’s a practical spot for anyone who needs to be near the shops or the metro. The staff here is small, and most of us have been around for a few years, so we know the local area pretty well. Sometimes we tell guests where to find a good cup of tea or which bus to take. It’s just a regular business in a very busy part of Hyderabad, doing what we do every day without much fuss. We just focus on giving people a decent room and moving on to the next task.
