Sunshine Hospital

Sunshine Hospital is located on Penderghast Road, right at the door numbers 1-7-201 to 205. It’s a busy stretch of road here. The building is pretty large since it covers those several door units, but inside it feels more like a maze of corridors and small rooms. We start the day quite early, usually before the sun is even fully up, getting things ready for the patients. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with at the main desk, and the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. Penderghast Road is one of those places where you always hear the city moving—buses, cars, and people walking to work. Inside the hospital, we try to keep things a bit more orderly, but with so many people coming in, it can get a little chaotic. The floors are that standard hospital tile that we have to mop constantly because of all the feet walking through. We have some benches in the hallways for people to sit while they wait. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking pulses, writing notes, and talking to worried families. The staff room is small and usually smells like someone’s lunch or coffee. We’ve been operating out of this Penderghast Road location for a good while now, and the building has its quirks, like that one door that always squeaks when you open it.
