You can find us at Plot No. 3 on Road No. 2, right in the heart of the IT and Financial District in Nanakramguda. Gachibowli is right next door. Because we are in such a busy area with all these offices, things stay pretty active here. We have many departments under one roof. It’s a large facility, so it takes a minute to get your bearings when you first walk in. We have security at the gates and a lot of staff moving around. It’s a serious place because people come here when they are really sick. We try to make the process as simple as we can, even if there’s a lot of paperwork involved. The neighborhood has grown so much with all these tall glass buildings, but we stay focused on the patients inside. Sometimes the elevators are slow when it’s lunch hour. We have doctors for almost everything. It isn't a cozy little shop; it’s a big hospital with a lot of moving parts. Families sit in the waiting areas, and we have a canteen for food. We deal with the daily reality of sickness and recovery. It’s hard work, and the floors are always being mopped. It’s just how a big hospital in a city like this operates. We are here day and night for whatever comes through the doors. It's just a part of life in the Financial District.
