Sultan Ul Uloom Public School

You will find Sultan Ul Uloom Public School at 8-2-249 Mount Pleasant, on Road No 3 in Banjara Hills. This area is quite famous, and our school has been a part of it for a long time. The campus is situated on a bit of a slope, which is why it’s called Mount Pleasant. We have a lot of stairs and walkways connecting the different parts of the school. It’s a busy place with hundreds of students coming in every morning. You can hear the chatter of children from the moment the gates open. We have older buildings that have a lot of character, and we’ve tried to maintain them as best as we can over the years. The neighborhood around us has grown a lot, with many new shops and houses appearing, but the school remains a constant fixture. Inside, the classrooms are usually filled with the sound of teachers talking and students working on their assignments. We have a playground that gets very noisy during recess, which is always nice to hear. It isn't a perfect, polished school like the ones in movies, but it is a place where real work happens every day. Our staff knows most of the families by name because many of them have been sending their kids here for generations. We just focus on keeping the gates open and the lessons going, day after day, in this little corner of Banjara Hills. It’s a lot of walking up and down the hill.
