We’ve been here at Plot No. 128 in Gunrock Enclave for a while now. If you know Secunderabad, you know Transport Road is always a bit of a mess with all the trucks and traffic near Karkhana. But once you get inside the enclave, things quiet down a lot. It’s just us and a few staff members trying to keep the place running right. We aren't a giant chain or anything fancy. It’s more of a local operation where we know the people who come through the door. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing and other days it’s just us fixing things around the property. Being in Hyderabad 500009 means we’re close enough to the main city but far enough to not feel completely stuck in the middle of the noise. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are okay and that people feel comfortable when they stay. It’s hard work, honestly. Between the maintenance and the guests, there’s always something to do. My brother and I usually handle the front end while the rest of the crew takes care of the back. We don’t have any big corporate offices. Our office is right here on the ground floor. It’s just a normal business trying to do a decent job for the people who find us here in Secunderabad. We like the neighborhood, even with the traffic on the main road. It feels like home to us now.
