We are over in Santosh Nagar Colony, which is right in the Mehdipatnam area of Hyderabad. Our building number is 12-2-823/A/1/6/4. It is a bit of a long address, but we are in a standard residential house that has been turned into an office space. We spend our time talking to students who are interested in going to universities in other countries. We have plenty of maps and brochures from colleges in places like the US and the UK. It is just a small group of us working here. We are not some big agency with branches all over the city. We stay in this one spot and talk to whoever comes through the door. Mehdipatnam is always a crowded part of town, but our colony is tucked away so it isn’t too noisy. We help people with their application forms and explain how the whole visa thing works. Most of the work involves sitting around a desk and going through stacks of documents. We have a lot of files to keep track of every day. Some days are pretty slow, while other days the phone won't stop ringing with questions. We just try to give straight answers to people about their chances of getting into a school. We have been in this building for a long time. It feels like a normal home office, nothing too stiff or corporate. We just do our part for the students.
