You can find us at 14-80/2 in the P&T Colony. We are tucked away in Dilsukhnagar, which is a busy part of Hyderabad. Sinclairs Hotels Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s a local neighborhood, so you hear the sounds of the city all day long. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It's just a place where we keep track of our hotel business. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of ledgers. It’s not a high-rise building with glass walls. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. The commute can be a bit of a struggle with the Hyderabad traffic, but once we're in, we get straight to work. We talk to people from all over, but we stay rooted here in P&T Colony. There's a small shop nearby where we grab snacks in the afternoon. We aren't much for corporate jargon or long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at the bookings and make sure the properties are doing okay. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work outside, but we don't mind. We are just a small team making sure things go right for the guests at our hotels. It is honest, everyday work that we do from morning until evening.
