St Anns High School

Vijay Nagar Colony has its own character, and St Anns High School is right in the middle of it. It’s an old neighborhood, and the school has seen generations come through. We don’t have those modern glass buildings you see in the new parts of the city. Ours is made of stone and brick and has stood the test of time. There’s always a bit of dust because of the narrow streets nearby, but we keep the place as clean as we can. The morning assembly is a daily habit that keeps us grounded. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We’re just a high school in Vijay Nagar Colony. The staff knows almost everyone by name, and there’s a lot of chatting in the corridors between classes. Sometimes the bells don’t ring on time or we run out of stationary, and we just scramble to fix it. It’s a very human way of running things. We see the kids growing up and moving on, which is just the way it goes. The local shops around the colony know when our school lets out because the streets get packed. It’s a bit chaotic at 3 PM, but it’s a good kind of chaos. We’re just here doing our bit, making sure the building stays open and the classes happen as scheduled. It's about maintaining that steady rhythm that people have come to expect from us.
